Who are we beyond what we choose to share on our media accounts,etc.... What is that keeps our fires aglow when the darkness seeps in and the light only shines from the inside. This is what I seek, this is what I want to share. The beauty that connects us all when doors close and hope eludes us. What is it, that we make ourselves run to our future, while the present resolutely escapes us. Let us take this journey together, we do not have to do it alone.

I am a  Householder, a Registered Nurse, and a Kundalini Yoga + Meditation Teacher. But above all else, I am a Mother to two beautiful girls.
